Creative Writing Club
Find your voice through writing. In this club, you’ll try different types of writing like stories, poems, and short fiction. You’ll respond to fun prompts, try new styles, and share your work to get helpful feedback. It’s a great way to grow your creativity and feel more confident as a writer.

Get real-life tips to help you balance school, work, and everything else. This club is all about building healthy habits that help you feel your best. You’ll pick up useful skills like managing your time, setting goals, handling stress, and taking care of yourself.

Spanish Heritage Club
This club is for Spanish speakers of all backgrounds who want to come together and celebrate their language and culture. You’ll connect with others over topics like food, music, holidays, and traditions. It’s a chance to build your vocabulary, sharpen your reading and speaking skills, and take pride in your Spanish heritage with a welcoming community.

- Do you sign up for a specific club, or can you just go when you feel like it? Join anytime it works for you. You don’t have to sign up or become a member.
- How often do the clubs meet? Are the days and times always the same? Each club will meet once a month and meetings will always be in the evening. However, the particular week of the month, may vary.
- Will I need to do work outside of club time? Work is not mandatory outside of the club hours. For the Creative Writing Club, you’ll have the option of writing outside of club time, based on the type of writing that covered during the meeting.
- How long is each club meeting? Each club meeting will be between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on the topic covered and number of students in attendance.
- Where do the clubs meet and how do I sign up? The clubs meet online via Zoom. The meeting links are in the events calendar in your student portal. You don’t need to sign up in advance. Simply click on the Zoom link in the calendar at the time of the meeting.
